here's one of the problems: your words: 'the BEST advice I have for you' which is TOTALLY LAME. that is lame advice and a lame solution. I already called Intuit and got NOWHERE. you are just part of the problem these days, no one answers the phone, can't get a human to answer your questions. only an email. the program keeps costing more money every few months and the service gets worse. The fact you emailed that I SHOULD get in touch with anyone is horribly pathetic. they don't answer phones at intuit. YOU SHOULD DO IT FOR ME. I am posting things here because it is the ONLY place you care about, your public view. In private intuit and QBO are sucking- the program is running so slow for 2 months now, it takes 3 minutes for a charge or email to go through. It is so painful and I have steered 3 people away from. using QBO just this week. DO SOMETHING about all these problems and THAT would be the BEST suggestion you can offer. You can see the problem, so fix it, don't just post telling me what to do. that is so lame.
PS - what about the 25 receipts marked PAID that were never paid????????????????????????? almost $5 thousand dollars you pretended to collect and never did. What????? or really WTF ? I don;t see a response to that. How dare you.
