Has anyone ever found that after downloading Quickbooks Desktop, they were being billed for online accounts without knowing - possibly one that's not even accessible?

I wouldn't even realize this had I not called to inquire about Intuit Bookkeeping tonight. Evidently I have been paying for at least two - possibly three - $70 monthly online accounts thinking I had only been paying for one that I cancelled over a year ago.

I'm here to share some information about the billings in QuickBooks, cyndy3.

When moving to QuickBooks Desktop, we'll have to make sure that we cancel our QuickBooks Online subscription. This is to avoid any charges from your previous subscription.

You'll receive an email from us to confirm that your account is successfully canceled. Let me guide with these steps on how to cancel:

  1. Click the Gear icon, and then select Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel.
  4. Click Continue to Cancel, then Continue to Cancel again.
  5. Answer the short survey, then Click Confirm Cancel.

I've also added these articles on how to move your QuickBooks Online data to QuickBooks Desktop:

You always have me if there's anything that I can help. Stay safe!
