There were changes made to ACH payments using the QuickBooks Merchant Services. ACH transactions are now charged 1% (capped at $10) of the total amount of the transaction. Transactions will now be deposited the next business day instead of the 2 or 3 days of processing.
Payments processed before 3:00 PM PT will arrive at your bank the next business day. Later payments on the other hand will be sent to your bank the business day after. Let me share these articles for more details:
