Hi appleoxygensuppl.

Thanks for taking the time to post in the Community. In order to have your customer pay their invoices online you'll need to have a QuickBooks payments account. This will allow you to take and process payments directly within the Online product. If you don't have one yet, here's a link that shows you how to sign up. If you already have one, you can send your customers an online invoice, they'll receive an email and from there they can pay you. Here's how:

  1. Select + New.
  2. Select Invoice or Send Invoice.
  3. Select the customer from the Customer dropdown. Make sure their email address in the Email field.
  4. Go to the Online payments section. Review the payment options available.
  5. If you want to change the payment options, select Edit. Or select the checkbox for the options you want to make available.
  6. When you're done, select Save and send.

This emails the invoice to the customer. The email has a Review and Pay button. All they have to do is select the button and pay for the invoice online. If customers ever have trouble with the email, here's how you can help them.

If there's any other way I can help, feel free to reply down below. Thank you for your time and have a nice Monday afternoon.

@appleoxygensuppl

If your clients are using a 3rd party payment service (e.g MP), they may utilize it to pay your invoice by online payment.
