Thank you to all three responders.
1) First of all the front line agents that answer the calls/chats are friendly and great but are not adequately trained. This is not surprising as on-line tech is evolving at a speed faster then any corporation can train their dispersed employees.
2) the hours I lost waiting on customer service is incalculable and the mistakes they made (or something was lost in translation) cost hundreds of hours of time.
3) the lack of follow through and the difficulty of trying to even ask for a credit for unusable services (contractor module/payroll module) is frustrating.
Intuit, through it's own customer service reps have admitted they are having trouble servicing their clients. All I wanted to do was vent and I appreciate you taking the time to reach out. Thank you, John Watson, CPA
I totally agree with you! The several times I contacted Intuit, my issue does not get resolved. You wait forever for them to connect with you, then get put on hold several times, and sadly, I can't hardly understand most of their accents. Not to mention the roosters crowing in the background (i swear-it happened). I am looking for a new accounting program as Intuit has lost it's touch with customer service.
