Having trouble mapping on import. Only gives me options for service or non inventory

Hello there, streetvibezllc. 

 

It's possible that the Buy and Track checkboxes are unchecked that's why we only have Service and Noninventory types. When we select the track option, we automatically recognize these items as inventory types. 

 

We can go back in importing our list of Product and Services and ensure if we buy or track them so the different type will show. I'll show you how to import again. 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Product and Services
  2. Click Browser to open the file and then click Next
  3. Map the fields correctly and then Next again. 
  4. When mapping the items, let's ensure that the Buy or Track boxes are checked accordingly. 
  5. Click Import and follow the onscreen instructions until we'll successfully import our items. 

After importing, we can go to our list of Product and Services. Let's go to the Sales menu and click Product and Services. Click Edit under the ACTION column to verify the information that was imported.
