Thanks for visiting the Community, @jcarborcrescent. Yes, there is. By swiping on the invoice to the left will give you the options to delete, resend, and mark as paid.

To learn more about how invoices work in the mobile app, you can check this article: Invoicing in the Mobile app

I've also added an article that will guide you in which mobile app features in QB Online are supported on your mobile devices: Compare mobile app features

Let me know if you have any additional questions, @jcarborcrescent. We're always delighted to be your guide.

Hi @ksehi87,

I'll walk you through on how you can mark invoices as paid using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.

For iPhones, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Main menu.
  2. Select Invoice Payments.
  3. Choose the customer in question.
  4. Press Edit (pencil icon), then enter the payment details.
    • The payment amount you enter is automatically applied to the oldest open invoice first, followed by the next oldest invoice, and so on.
    • You can enter different amounts for any open invoices. Or choose the radio buttons to quickly auto-fill the balance due amounts.
    • If the payment amount exceeds all of the open invoice balances, the Unapplied Amount is shown at the bottom of the page.
  1. Hit Save when done.

See this article for the steps if you're using an iPad or an Android: Receive an invoice payment using the QuickBooks Online app.

I suggest you open this article as well: Track the status of your invoices in the QuickBooks Online app. It's a list of all possible status your invoices can show via the QBO mobile app, along with their short description.
