This issue is already reported to our engineers, Christophealfaro.

They're currently investigating the cause of the error. A fix will be rolled out as soon as possible.

I suggest reaching out to our customer care support. We're taking notes of the users that are affected by this issue. Here's how:

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "PDF error when printing invoices by batch" in the Type something field.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact us.
  6. Click either Messaging or Callback.

In the meantime, you can print one invoice at a time. Once it's fixed, you can go back and print them by batch.
