I'm here to ensure you're able to transfer your QuickBooks data from your iPad. This way, you'll be able to use one account that contains complete information about your business.
The data of your two QuickBooks accounts are stored online. You can export your data to transfer your account information from the iPad to the other one. This enables you to extract details that you can migrate to your other account.
To export your list or reports, here's how:
Go to the Gear icon.
Select Export Data.
Set the desired date range in the Reports tab.
Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
Click Export to Excel.
There'll be a prompt once the data has been exported successfully. If you wish to export non-posting transactions such as Estimates, Purchase Orders, and Customer Statements, you can refer to this article for the complete information: Export reports, lists, and more.
After you export and save your list or reports, you can now import them to your other QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. For the detailed steps, kindly check out the Step 2: Import your lists to QuickBooks Online section in this article: Move your lists to QuickBooks Online. It also contains support with common errors when importing your list.
Additionally, if you wish to manually import your downloaded bank transactions to your QBO account, you can refer to this article for the steps you need to take: Manually upload transactions.
Moreover, in case you are subscribed to more than one company, you can switch between them quickly. Just go to the Gear icon, then select Switch Company and choose the company you want.
Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help.
