Thanks for bringing your question forward here in the Community. I have some info to share about canceling your subscription.
I know sometimes business needs change and you may no longer need your QuickBooks Online account. If you have a separate Intuit product or account you're currently using with a different monthly bill, you'd need to cancel that as well.
