Hello I want to ask if it's possible to set up recurring invoices that came from our Invoicing system (Bill4time) and also to create coverletter in the invoice? Thanks

Hello mmagbanua,

 

If you want the invoices to flow from Bill4Time to QuickBooks Online, I'd recommend contacting the Bill4Time support. They can help you create recurring invoice templates and cover letters that syncs with QuickBooks.

 

Though, we can both create them within QuickBooks Online. You check out these articles on how to set up the recurring invoices:

Meanwhile, here's how you can create a cover letter:

  1. Click the Gear icon int he upper-right corner and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Sales tab and go to the Messages section.
  3. Set up the Default email message sent with sales forms.
  4. Click Save and Done.
