Currently, we cannot change how the Expense voucher looks like in QuickBooks Online. Aside from that, we can turn on some functions that are related to the Expense voucher.

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Account and Settings.
2. Select the Expenses tab and go to the Bills and expenses section.
3. Mark the functions that you want to use.
4. Click Save and Done.
