I appreciate you for reaching out here in the Community, @online2015. I'll share some details about the subscription pricing so you can determine why you were charged that amount for your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription.

 

A possible reason for this is that you've purchased the subscription and received a discount for it for a limited time only. After the promo expires, the subscription charges revert to their original price. To track, you'll want to go to Billing and subscription in your QBO account. I'll input the steps below so you can proceed. To begin, here's how:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top right corner, click the Gear icon.
  3. Under You Company column, select Account and settings.
  4. Click the Billing & Subscription tab.
  5. Review the information in each section.

 

  • To view payment history: In the QuickBooks Online tile, select View payment history. Your billing history shows the last 6 months’ bills.
