Hi, Can we send 2 or more invoices in one e-mail. Is this possible???
Good day, patgard. Yes, it's possible to send more than two invoices in a single email in QuickBooks Desktop.
We only need to make sure that the Email later box is checked when creating the invoices. We'll see this option from the main menu of the Invoice page.
If you've done saving them up, we can open them one by one and apply the email later feature. Click Save and Close and Yes to record the changes we've made. They will be added as one of the forms to be sent as soon as we saved them. Afterwards, we can now email multiple invoices to one customer.
I'll show you how to do it:
Select Send Forms under the File menu.
From there, the Select FormsTo Send window will show.
Let's apply the invoices that we want to send to a single customer by adding a checkmark next to the transaction dates.
Then, Send Now button.
