Thank you for choosing QuickBooks and welcome to our community, @tonicocypreste-g,

You're able to create customized templates for estimates inside QuickBooks to change its style and formatting. However, if you're looking sample estimates with pre-filled line items or contents for General Contract/Renovations, this is currently unavailable.

In the program, you will need to create the transactions from scratch and make it recurring to save the information added. To do that, follow the steps below:

  1. Open your QBO account.
  2. Go to the + New button and choose Estimate.
  3. Add all the information you need including the line items for the products or services on the contract. Check this link to learn more about adding items in the program: Add product and service items to QuickBooks Online.
  4. Once done, click the Make recurring option below.
  5. Under the Recurring Estimate section, add a Template name like General Contract.
  6. Change the Type to Unscheduled so it will not create the estimate on schedule.
  7. Once done, press Save template.

Whenever you need to create a contract, go to the Gear icon and choose Recurring transactions. Find the template then press Use.

You should explore any construction management app to get real references.
