Hello anne46,
I'll make sure that you'll be able to pay your open bills.
Generally, when you create a bill in QuickBooks Online (QBO), it should automatically show on the Pay Bills Online screen. To isolate the issue, you can perform some browser troubleshooting steps. QuickBooks Online uses browser cache and cookies to run faster. But there are times that these files become corrupted causing unusual behaviors in the program and blocking web pages from loading.
You may start by accessing your QBO account through a private/incognito window. This process will help you rule in/out the browser as the culprit here. Feel free to use these keyboard shortcuts:
- Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
- Command + Shift + N for Safari
- Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge
Once you're in, please try paying your bill again. If it's now showing, you'll have to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to enhance your browsing experience. If the same thing happens, you can use other supported browsers so you'll be able to manage your open bills.
Additionally, I've included some articles that will help you easily access and track your payments through Online Bill Pay:
