Hi, I want to print several invoice at the same time, but it only shows {"message":"PDF header signature not found.","code":-1}. Why is that?

Currently, our Product Investigations Team has an ongoing investigation (INV-51981) about a {"message":"PDF header signature not found.","code":-1} error message displaying when users use their Batch actions tool to try printing multiple invoices.
 

As a workaround, you can print each invoice individually until there's a solution.


Another option is downloading your invoices as PDFs and printing them from your computer. You can print more than one PDF at a time by holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard, selecting each file, right-clicking one of them, then choosing Print.


If you'd like to get signed up for email notifications about this investigation, you'll need to contact our Customer Care Team. They'll be able to pull your account up in a secure environment and add you to the list of affected users. They can be contacted while you're signed in.
 

Here's how:
1. Click the Help (?) icon.
2. Choose Contact Us.
3. Enter a description of your situation in the What can we help you with? field, then hit Let's talk.
4. You'll be presented with a few options for connecting with Intuit. Select Start messaging or Get a call.


Once you're working with an agent, definitely mention INV-51981. They'll be able to locate that record in their systems. Also be sure to review Intuit's support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
