Hi - QB says a customer paid invoice, however the money was not withdrawn from their account nor deposited into ours. Paid 10/20?
Let's take a look as to why the payment isn't deposited in your account and I'm here to help you with that, ss2932.
We deposit your funds within 5 to 7 business days after your first payment. It's possible there's a delay in your bank's end when verifying/processing electronic deposits.
Your deposit cutoff time is 3 pm PT. Payments processed after 3 pm goes into the next deposit. You'll want to wait for the funds until the 29th to give a leeway of the bank's delayed processing.
However, if the payment is still not deposited in your account, I suggest reaching out to our Merchant Services Support Team to help you verify the payment. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment.
