You can export reports, lists, non-posting transactions, and attachments from QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, the function to mass export or download entries along with an attached invoice is currently unavailable.
Let's use a third-party application to assist you with the process. I'm here to help run a search for you by going to the QuickBooks Apps Center. From there, you'll find one that works well with the online program. To speed up the process, enter a keyword in the search field, just like the exporter and importer tools for transactions.
