Yes, you'll have an option to change the email address in A/R Aging Detail report in QuickBooks Online.
Go to the Custom report and in the Email Information, you can edit the email address from there.

We want to change the people in our company that receive the A/R report from the Quickbooks, you explained to me that I need to go to "Custom report", but I'm not the owner of this report, I'm not the one who created this report, so this report is not part of my "custom report", I can't see this report in my list. Thanks for getting back to us. Let me help you further in changing your email contacts. To be able to edit the custom report, if you're the Master Admin of the account, you'll need to delete the user who created the report and start over to change the contacts who'll receive the email.
To delete the user, here's how:
1. Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner and choose Manage Users.2. On the right side of the user's name, select the drop-down beside Edit and hit Delete.3. Confirm you want to delete the user by selecting Delete again.
4. You'll receive an email confirming the deletion.
Once deleted, you can create a custom report using your access and add the new email contacts. However, if you're not the master admin, you ask the admin to perform the steps above to complete the process.
