Greetings, @Adel.

Welcome to the Community. I’d like to share some information about getting the Account Balances box to show on your home page in QuickBooks Desktop.

Though this isn’t currently available, you’ll still be able to view them by just clicking the View Balances on the left-hand pane of your QuickBooks. A pop-up box will show all the balances available for your accounts.

You also have a way to customize what you see by clicking Customize view balances. Here’s how:
1.    Select View Balances from the left pane.
2.    Click Customize view balances.
3.    Select from the Available Accounts to Add or Remove an account from showing in the box.
4.    Hit OK once done.

In the meantime, I recommend sending a product suggestion to our Developers for the inclusion of this option in future updates. I’ll make sure to do the same on my end.

Here’s how to send feedback:
1.    Go to the Help menu and select Send Feedback Online.
2.    Select Product Suggestion.
3.    On the QuickBooks Feedback window, fill out onscreen instructions.
4.    Click Send Feedback

We look forward to hearing from you soon. Post again in the Community if you need anything else. I’ll be here to help. Take care!

The Old Style Home Page is how you can get the Box to show. Use View menu > Top Icon Bar, instead of the new Leftside Shortcuts bar. This might be what you are used to for the Home Page.

The power of the new Left Icon bar is that you can leave any one of the Shortcuts bar views open or collapsed, and customize it. You could barely customize the right side of the Old Style home page using the Top Icon Bar.
