How can a product/service and an attachment be added to the invoice template? We bill for the same item each year with a W-9 attached and have to manually add these.

I appreciate you for getting in touch with us about the feature you need in QuickBooks. Let me provide some information about entering invoices. 

I know that entering the same items and attachment to multiple invoices takes time. However, the ability to include this information directly to the template is unavailable.

Since you need to send over 1000 invoices, I recommend you visit our Apps Center. You can search for third-party applications integrated with QuickBooks to help enter the data.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks account.
2. On the left navigation bar, click Apps.
3. Use the search field to look for an app.
