I know that entering the same items and attachment to multiple invoices takes time. However, the ability to include this information directly to the template is unavailable.
Since you need to send over 1000 invoices, I recommend you visit our Apps Center. You can search for third-party applications integrated with QuickBooks to help enter the data.
Here's how:
- Log in to your QuickBooks account.
- On the left navigation bar, click Apps.
- Use the search field to look for an app.
