How can add barcode to the invoice for each item

Hi there, @tahahajjoul.

 

Currently, QuickBooks Online doesn't have a direct connection to the barcode scanner and don't have the option to add one to the products. Although, we've got you some third-party applications that have this kind of functionality and can sync with QBO. You can go to the Apps menu in the left pane and search for any barcode scanning apps.

Quickbooks needs to add this field. With so many online platforms now, we need the ability to have both UPC codes & Item numbers

I hear you, and I can see the benefit of using UPCsand item numbers on invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @sari2. That's why I'm here to share further details about this.

 

We take your suggestions for adding UPCs and item numbers as an opportunity on which area of the product's invoicing feature we need to improve on. With this, I encourage you to send feedback or product recommendation.

 

Your valuable feedback will be forwarded and reviewed by our Product Development team to help improve your experience while using the program. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Type in your recommendation in the Share your feedback field.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

 

I've attached screenshots below that show the first four steps.
