How can i add job name so when i pull up customers i can see what jobs are under that customer

I'm here to help you with Jobs (Projects) in QuickBooks Online.

You can change the name of the Job in three simple steps! Here's how:

1. Go to the Projects tab in the left-hand menu.
2. Click on the Project to view more details.
3. Press on the Edit button in the top-right of the page to change the name.

I'd like to add that you can use progress invoicing to create multiple invoices from a single estimate. This way, instead of asking for full payment at the beginning, you can invoice for partial payments throughout the project.
