Once the invoice is paid, it will be posted to Accounts Receivable. Once it's settled and recorded, it'll be transferred to your sales or income. Let me show you how to update your income account that was linked to your item:
- From the Gear icon, choose Products and Services.
- Find the item or service you want to change.
- Choose Edit in the Action column.
- Make your changes.
- Once you're done, hit Save and close.
