How can I change the email on the purchase orders? quickbooks@notification.intuit.com is the default but I want to use our email address instead.

We're not able to change the email address associated with your purchase order since it is the default email in QuickBooks Online. However, we can download the transaction and send it to your vendor using your company email address. Let me walk you through the steps on how to download the Purchase Order. Here's how:

1. On the left panel, click the Expenses tab.
2. Select Expenses and look for the purchase order where you want to send.
3. Click the transaction to expand the view.
4. Select Print in the bottom portion.
5. Hover your mouse in the upper portion of the page, then click the download icon.

Once done, you can send the purchase order to your vendor using your company email address.
