How can I connect my gmail account to my QB Desktop account so that I can send estimates and invoices from my gmail account using QB?

Let's get it connected so you can send your invoices using your Gmail account. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences.
2. Look for Send Forms.
3. Select Web Mail and click Add.
4. Look for Gmail in the drop-down list for Email Provider, then click OK. 
5. Select the Use Enhanced Security checkbox and select OK. (You can uncheck the box if you receive the error message: Network Error. Please try again.)
6. Log in to your Intuit account.
