I have a prospective client who wants me to setup a quickbooks desktop for his clinic. I will not work directly on quickbooks. His accountant will work on the quickbooks. He wants to use quickbooks for his all admin and accounting stuff.
I am working on his customer centre so he will be able to create customize invoices on which his clinic logo will be printed, etc etc.
I have identified one risk there. When patient come to the clinic he will pay the money and get the invoice. His Receptionist/Admin create invoice and print invoice and give it to patient before saving. The risk is that his receptionist could commit fraud by not saving invoice and put money in his pocket.
How can I customize in quickbooks desktop that invoice should be saved before printing?
