That just seems ridiculous. I have spent much time creating a template and now I need to make a few minor changes to have a second invoice but I have to start all over. This should just be a standard option to duplicate a template.
Desktop invoice had some slight differences compare to the online version of the software since they both run on a different platforms. Though, you can still create your personalize form styles in QBO. You can also send request too our developers about your preferred invoice. Just click the Gear icon at the top and select Feedback.

At this time, the option to duplicate an invoice/custom form style isn't available. However, I'm going to personally submit feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider this feature in one of the upcoming releases.
