How can I find a history of past received payments in the order that I recorded them (by date)

I’d be happy to help you with your transaction history. I did some checking and the best option would be the Invoice and Received payments report.  You can find that:

1. From the Reports menu
2. In The Who owes you section
3. Choose Invoices and received payments

There is an option to customize in the upper right. This report will show all payments made by date, in the date range you choose.
