It would be more convenient to fit all the item contents in one line, trinrudtrucking.
However, there's a character limit on item descriptions. Alternatively, you can create a shorter item description. Then, create the job description for invoices and save them as a PDF file. Once done, you can send it along with the invoice you're sending your customer.
