As of now, QuickBooks Self-Employed doesn't have a receivable or payable type of report. At the moment, the program only offers these reports:
As a workaround, I'd suggest exporting each invoice as a PDF. Then, combine them in Excel to get the desired income summary report.

I, personally, find this easier to view when logging in via a web browser, however, you can access whichever way works best for you.

Unfortunately I only use it for invoicing, so my profit & loss shows all zeros. Is there really no other way?
