How can I get a report that compares 10 years of P&L data

Let me provide insights about generating a report that compares 10 years of Profit and Loss (P&L) data report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To begin with, the option to run for multiple years in the P&L Comparison report is unavailable as the report only shows a column to compare the specific periods you've selected using the Customer Period. However, you can display the by-year report using the P&L by Month report to show the last ten years of data.

Here's how:

1. Go to the left navigation panel and select Reports.
2. In the Find report by name, type Profit and Loss by Month and click it.
3. In the Display columns by section, select the Years.
4. Filter the Report Period to the last 10 years.
5. Then, select the Run report.
