Welcome to the Community, @JNCGlobal.
Let me provide insights about generating a report that compares 10 years of Profit and Loss (P&L) data report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To begin with, the option to run for multiple years in the P&L Comparison report is unavailable as the report only shows a column to compare the specific periods you've selected using the Customer Period. However, you can display the by-year report using the P&L by Month report to show the last ten years of data.
Here's how:
- Go to the left navigation panel and select Reports.
- In the Find report by name, type Profit and Loss by Month and click it.
- In the Display columns by section, select the Years.
- Filter the Report Period to the last 10 years.
- Then, select the Run report.
For reference, you can check this article to get the most out of your financial reports: Customize reports.
I'll also add this article to learn more about memorizing reports.
