How can I get my payment receipts that I send customers after they make a payment on their invoice via email, to say "Payment Receipt"?

Hello there, tvosstorage.

 

In QuickBooks Online, we have a default template for the received payment. This is why we're unable to modify the information.

 

I'll be sure to forward your request to our Product Development Team. They are the ones who update the program, and this feature might be included in the future.
