You could create a customer statement, that would show the open invoices, and the customer could pay that with a check (or call you to make a CC payment over the phone). Then you receive payment against the invoices and deposit

@Rustler is correct. Multiple invoices cannot be grouped together so customers can pay one total, unfortunately. Customers would have to pay through the link generated on each invoice, individually.
