How can I have different quantities for each item in my bundle? I sell the items separately

For example, I have a set of 2 wine glasses, but I also sell them indivudually. I currently have 92 of one glass and 55 of another. How will my shopify store know when to not allow sales of the sets?

As another option, you may have an additional app to manage your inventories better and it will become a connector to integrate QBO and Shopify.
