How can I increase the font size of my invoice when it’s printed out

Let's get your invoice fonts changed.eliteweldingco2

You can edit the font size in the Custom Form Styles window. You'll want to create a new invoice template or continue editing the existing one.

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top right.
  2. Select Custom Form Styles.
  3. Look for your form style, and then click Edit.
  4. To create a new one, select New style from the Template drop-down.
  5. Go to the Design tab.
  6. Click on the Select a different font option.
  7. Select your desired font size. We have three choices available: 8, 10, and 12pts then click OK.
  8. Click Preview or Print to see how your form would look like, and then click Done

For further guidance, you can check this article: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online

Once done, open or create an invoice. From the Template drop-down, then select the template you've created.

Just in case you want to import custom form styles, feel free to check out this article for the detailed steps and information: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates.
