How can I insert a signature into a purchase order that has been created with QuickBooks online?

How can I insert a signature into a purchase order that has been created with QuickBooks online?

Hi there, @agorski-charlest.

 

The option to add a signature to a purchase order (PO) is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. As an alternative, you can consider printing the PO and manually add the signature on it. Then, email it to your vendor outside QuickBooks.

 

You might also want to look for a third-party application that's capable of adding signatures to PO. To find one, you can go to the Apps menu and search for a keyword that relates to purchase orders.

 

In addition, I encourage submitting feedback directly to our product engineers. They may look into this suggestion and consider adding the option in the future update. To send feedback, you can go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.

 

You can also visit our feedback forum to check the recent updates and added features in QuickBooks.

How can I insert a signature into a purchase order that has been created with QuickBooks online?

Thank you.  I currently do print out the POs, get a signature and then email to the vendor.  I look forward to QuickBooks adding this feature.
