How can I print a summary of all open invoices?

You can run and print the Open Invoice report. This gives you a comprehensive view of all of your current invoices grouped by the customer and the job. From here, you can see the name of the individual or business you've invoiced and the amount they need to pay.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Choose the Reports Center.
3. Select the Customers & Receivables menu.
4. Look for the Open Invoice.
5. Click the Green Arrow to open the report.
6. Review the list of open invoices.
7. Select the Print button.
