How can I reach a Knowledgeable Human being support based in the US so I can ask them a few questions regarding my QB ?

Welcome and thank you for posting here in the QuickBooks Community, seyid. I'll provide steps to ensure you'll be routed to the right QuickBooks Support Team.

To reach a knowledgeable human being support from our QuickBooks Support Team to discuss your concerns, I suggest going to the Help icon. From there, you'll find a representative and have the option to choose how you want to contact them. And, you can also fill in a piece of information so an expert can call you back. Before I route you to them, may I ask what is happening so that I can assist you? Please know I'm always around to help with any QuickBooks issues you may be having.

If you're using the old interface of QuickBooks Online, here's how to contact them:

1. Open your QuickBooks Account.
2. At the top right, click the Help icon.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Under What can we help you with?, enter your concern.
5. Click Let's Talk.
6. You'll be routed into the Choose a way to connect with us page.
7. Select how you want to contact them and fill in the information.

If you're using the new interface of QuickBooks Online, please follow the steps below on how to reach them:

1. Open your QuickBooks Account.
2. At the top right, click the Help icon.
3. Choose the Assistant section.
4. Type your concern in the Type something field.
5. Click Talk to a human.
6. Click I still need a human.
7. Click the Get help from a human.
8. You'll be routed into the How can we help? page. Then, select how you want to contact them and fill in the information.

Chat is broken. Get a human doesn't work it starts chat over from the beginning.

I can share steps so you can connect with our chat support seamlessly. To start, you can use the Help icon and select the Contact us button. Here's how:

1. Click the Help icon and select Contact us.
2. From the What can we help you with? enter your case number if you have it handy (this way the representative can review your case history) If none, just enter a brief description of your concern. Example: Banking.  
3. Then, click Continue.
4. Choose either Chat with us or Have us call you.

If the same result, access your QBO account using a private mode and attempt to connect with our chat support again. The following are the shortcut keys you can use:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
• Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If this works, let's clear the cache of your regular browser. If the same thing happens, you can use another supported browser. It could be that the one you're currently using has a temporary issue with QuickBooks. 

You can also connect with them using these steps:

1. Head to the Contact support page at this link.
2. Choose QuickBooks Online.  
3. Click on Search for something else and enter a brief description of your concern in the search box.
4. Hit Search.
5. Select Start a Message.
