You're right. The letter "T" beside the amount of an invoice indicates whether an item is taxable or not.

Right now, we don't have an option remove it. However, I have a workaround to share. You can customize your own invoice template and hide the letter "T". Then, import it to QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

To enable Import Style in QuickBooks Labs:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then choose QuickBooks Labs.
  2. Turn on Import Style.
  3. Click Done.

To import custom invoice template into QBO:

  1. Choose the Gear icon, then Custom Form Styles.
  2. Click the New Style drop-down and select Import Style.image.png
  3. Choose Browse and select the template file.
  4. Select Next to upload your document.

For the detailed steps, take a look at this article: How to import custom invoices.

I'm always here to help if you have other questions about QuickBooks Online. Have a great day.
