Good day, @Mary_9.

Pulling a report that contains data showing item qty on hand in multi-bin locations can be done in just a few clicks. I'd be happy to show the steps in doing this.

Let get this started:

  1. Click on Reports at the top menu bar.
  2. Select on Sales.
  3. Choose Inventory Sales by Site.
  4. Enter the correct sate range.
  5. On the Inventory Site section, click on the drop-down arrow and select Multiple inventory sites.
  6. From there, you may select all the locations that you wish to show up on the report.
  7. Click on OK to save the changes.

These resources below provides in-depth information that you can check out about reports and transactions that you can pull up when it comes to inventories in QuickBooks Desktop:

There you have it!
