I'm here to share details on how we can set up rental properties, razkodevelopment.
You can use the class tracking feature for your properties. This way, you can get reports to show sales or profitability by properties/class. Though, this is only available in QuickBooks Online Plus and Advanced, you can upgrade your plan.
We need to turn on first the class tracking feature first:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
- From the Advanced tab, select Track classes.
- Hit Save.
