The option to set up invoices to go out the same every week (recurring) is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). This is only available in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
As a workaround, you can duplicate existing invoices or create a draft invoice and duplicate it. Though this will not automatically send them to your customer, you can save time from entering the details on it.
Here's how:
- In QBSE, go to the Invoices menu at the top left.
- Locate the specific invoice, then click the drop-down arrow under the Action column.
- Choose Duplicate.
