The option to set up invoices to go out the same every week (recurring) is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). This is only available in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
As a workaround, you can duplicate existing invoices or create a draft invoice and duplicate it. Though this will not automatically send them to your customer, you can save time from entering the details on it.

Utilize MP as a workaround to schedule the payment request. You may prepare the data to bulk import invoices.
