Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter your feedback and suggestions.
4. Click Next.
5. Select Feedback for the Category.
6. Click Send message.

Is it related to approval process of your bill payment or else?

Feedback is not working for my Quickbooks Online.

Also, "Save and Close" will not stay as default when receiving payments.

Ideally, the button you selected when saving a transaction will be the default. Also, if some features aren't working well, it could be that the browser has issues.

You'll want to use an incognito window and submit your feedback from there. Incognito won't save your browsing history which can result in an error. These are some of the shortcut keys:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P  

Also, you'll want to clear the cache and make sure you're using a supported and up-to-date browser. This can fix any browser-related issues.
