How can I track the bill and payments from my PO? The format has changed.

Thanks for posting to the Community, @tmhomeinteriors.

To see what bill and payment is associated to your PO, you can pull up the Transaction List by Vendor report.

Let me show you how to see the bill that is attached to:

  1. Select the Magnifying glass icon on the upper right.
  2. Enter "Purchase Order".
  3. Select Transaction List by Vendor | purchase order.

Or choose and open the bill and see the linked transaction. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Expenses menu and then select Expenses.
  2. Choose the specific bill.
  3. Click the linked transaction.

If you wanted to streamline your process once a customer approves your estimate you can easily copy it to a purchase order, you can refer to this article: Copy an estimate to a purchase order.

Please feel free to leave a message to this post if you need further help. I'll be happy to assist you. Have a good one!
