1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Edit the URL on the address bar. remove everything after app/and enter purgecompany. For example: https://...qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany
3. Click Yes to confirm the action.
Otherwise, you have to open a new QBO account and cancel your old one.

Thanks for visiting the Community, @truevinekorea. You can only zero out your QuickBooks data and start from scratch if the account is within 60 days old.
To do this, you'll need to sign in to QuickBooks as an admin, then follow the steps below to purge the whole file:
Once done, you can now start all over again. However, If your books are older than 60 days, the best option is to cancel your current account and start a new company. Refer to the detailed steps 1 and 2 outlined in this help article: Delete your data and start over in QuickBooks Online.
