How can Iregain the radio button for paying via cc online that disappeared?

The radio button to pay online through Intuit disappeared from the emails that go out with invoices. How do I get it back?

Hi judithbell,

 

You'll want to make sure that you've connected your company file to QuickBooks Payments account so you'll see the option to pay online.

 

Here's how:

 

To link through the Customers menu

  1. In QuickBooks, go to the Customers menu and select Link Payment Service to Company File.
  2. Enter your User ID and Password, then click Sign In.
    • If you're new to payments, click Connect.
    • If you're transferring your account, clickTransfer and then Yes, transfer.

To link your account through Receive Payments

  1. Go to the Customers menu, then select Receive Payments.
  2. Select Credit/Debit for the payment method.
  3. Select Link to an existing QuickBooks Payments account and click OK.
  4. Enter the User ID and Password and select Sign In.
    • If you're new to payments, select Connect.
    • If you're transferring your account, select Transfer and then Yes, transfer.

However, if your account is properly connected, you can try logging out and log back in to your QuickBooks
