The shipping address information will appear if you enable it in your settings and your customer profile has that information as well. Let's check these things in your QuickBooks company.
To check the settings:
- Click the Gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- Choose Accounts and Settings.
- Go to Sales and click the Sales form content section.
- Turn on Shipping.
- Click Save and click Done.
To check the shipping information of the customer profile, refer to the screenshot below.
Once you accomplish the two things above, you will see a Shipping address section on your invoice transactions. Please note that the address is per invoice, not per service item. If you wish to put an address on the items, you can do that in the Description field. You can also customize your invoice template to put your taste on it.
