If you're having trouble logging in, click the I forgot my user ID or Password link to recover your credentials. It will take you to the Get help signing in to QuickBooks window.
Then, follow these steps below:
For password reset, you can follow the same procedure above. After performing the steps, you'll receive an email with a password reset link.
However, if you’re experiencing a different issue, check out the Get help if you can't sign in to your account guide. I suggest following the steps that fit your situation as the troubleshooting is scenario-based.
